Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, completely. A 30-minute discovery call costs nothing and comes with zero obligation. We use that time to understand your situation and tell you honestly whether we think we can help — and how.
Do you work with businesses outside of a specific region?
Yes. All of our consulting work can be done remotely via video call, which means we work with clients anywhere in the U.S. For workshops and on-site audits, we're available to travel depending on location — just ask.
How long does a typical AI consulting engagement take?
It depends on scope. A Workflow Audit takes about a week. The Automation Setup takes 2–3 weeks. The AI Strategy Sprint runs 3–4 weeks. Monthly Optimization is ongoing. Most clients start to see time savings within the first few weeks.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. We work with business owners, school administrators, and team leads who have no technical background. Explaining things in plain language and making sure you're comfortable is a core part of what we do.
What AI tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic — we recommend what's genuinely best for your situation. We work with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, and many others depending on the use case and your existing systems.
Can you help us if we've already tried AI tools and they didn't stick?
This is actually one of the most common situations we encounter. Tool adoption usually fails because of poor fit, lack of training, or no clear workflow integration. We diagnose why it didn't work and fix those root issues — not just re-install the same tools.
Is web services only for new businesses, or can you redesign an existing site?
Both. We build new sites from scratch and redesign existing ones. If you have a site that isn't converting or looks dated, reach out — a redesign falls under the same packages with the same pricing.
